Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Reservation for Programs and Retreats:
- Booking Timeline:
- We advise booking as early as possible. Reservation deadlines will be specified for each program or retreat.
- Late reservations are subject to availability.
- Payment Terms:
- A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- Full payment must be completed as per the specific program or retreat guidelines, typically no later than one month prior to the event start date.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 30 days before the event or service date.
- Cancellations made within 15-30 days of the event or service date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 7-14 days of the event or service date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event or service date.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows on the day of the event or service.
- In exceptional cases (like illness or emergency), exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Reservation for Accommodation:
- Payment Terms:
- A 50% upfront payment is required to confirm your accommodation.
- The remaining 50% is due 2 weeks before your stay begins.
- For last-minute bookings (less than 2 weeks), 100% payment is required upfront.
- Cancellation Policy:
- More than 4 weeks before stay: Full refund of the 50% deposit.
- 2-4 weeks before stay: 50% refund of the total accommodation cost.
- Less than 2 weeks before stay: No refund.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved electronic payment
Platforms.
Installment Plans:
For some events or services, installment payment plans may be available upon request and must be agreed upon in writing.
Late Payments:
Late payments may result in the cancellation of your booking with no refund, as per the cancellation policy outlined below.
Event-Specific Policies:
Certain events or services may have specific payment and cancellation policies, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellation by Mohanji Foundation Australia:
If an event or service is canceled by the centre due to unforeseen circumstances, registrants will receive a full refund.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.
Policy Amendments:
The Mohanji Centre of Benevolence reserves the right to amend these payment terms and cancellation policies. Any changes will be communicated to affected parties as soon as possible.

Cancellation Disputes:
We have the final say in all disputes over cancellations and of course will try to solve the issue. We intend to approach all issues with understanding, flexibility and compassion. From that place, a solution can always be found.
Terms and Conditions:
- Respect and Harmony:
- The Centre is a place of tranquility. Respectful behavior is expected at all times.
- Substance-Free Environment:
- Alcohol, drugs, meat, and dairy products are not permitted.
- Dress Code:
- Modest dress is required in common and public areas.
- Quiet Hours:
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Personal Belongings:
- The Centre is not liable for loss or damage of personal items.
- Environmental Responsibility:
- Mindful use of resources and participation in recycling and conservation efforts are encouraged.
- Non-Discrimination:
- The Centre practices equality and welcomes all guests.
- Right to Refuse Service:
- Service may be refused for violation of terms and conditions.
- Changes to Reservations:
- Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
