Join us for Light Within, a spring weekend retreat immersed in meditation, conscious practices, and the sacred stillness of the Mohanji Centre of Benevolence in Walpole. Surrounded by forests and wetlands, you are invited to pause, reset, and step into the light of your own renewal.

What Will I Experience?

Across the weekend, you’ll be gently led through practices that balance reflection with renewal. Each experience is designed to leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and reconnected.

Morning Yoga & Breathwork
gentle traditional yoga and conscious breathing to awaken energy and release tension

Guided Meditations & Silent Reflection
practices that bring stillness and clarity, with spacious time for journaling or walking in silence

Conscious Dancing
A joyful movement practice to shake off heaviness and awaken the freshness of spring within.

Sacred Fire Ceremony (Havan)
an evening ritual of release, where you write down and symbolically offer what you wish to let go of into the flames

Nature Immersion
conscious walking through Walpole’s forests and wetlands, connecting with the rhythms of spring

Community & Nourishment
shared vegan meals, conversations around the table, and quiet evenings under the stars

The Mohanji Centre of Benevolence, Walpole, is not just a venue — it is a living sanctuary. Nestled between vast forests and wetlands, it carries a vibration of stillness and sacredness that is felt immediately on arrival.
Created under Mohanji’s guidance, the Centre is intentionally energised to support deep inner transformation. The environment itself becomes a silent teacher: the quiet rustle of trees, the call of birds, the unhurried rhythm of nature.
Here, you are not only held by the program, but by the land itself — a land that restores, nurtures, and reminds you of your own inner silence.

Your Stay

At MCB, simplicity is sacred.
  • Eco Chalets – You’ll stay in warm, shared chalets nestled among the trees, simple yet cared for with intention. Each room offers comfort, rest, and the stillness needed to truly unplug.
  • Wholesome Vegan Meals – Freshly prepared meals are served daily, nourishing both body and spirit. Herbal teas and quiet nooks are available throughout the day for reflection or rest.
  • Living Companions – Cows, dogs, chickens, guinea fowls, peacocks, sheep, and kangaroos freely share this land. Their presence brings an added depth to the experience — reminding us of harmony beyond words.
