MPC Bosnia and Herzegovina
In 2024, the Mohanji Foundation in Bosnia and Herzegovina received two generous land donations—one near the capital city of Sarajevo and another in the northwestern town of Laktaši. Both properties are set to become the country’s first Mohanji Peace Centres.

The land in Laktaši, spanning approximately 3,000 m², will house a temple and accommodation facilities. The land near Sarajevo covers around 1,700 m² and is designated for a building that will include a Satsang hall and dormitories.
Sacred Murtis of Shirdi Sai Baba have already arrived in the country. One Murti has been placed at the volunteer house on the Sarajevo property, where a dedicated priest performs daily rituals. Preparatory work is underway at both sites in anticipation of full-scale construction.
These upcoming Peace Centres will serve as unique spiritual and community hubs, offering a vegan sanctuary, group practices based on Mohanji’s teachings, opportunities for selfless service (seva), and the cultivation of fruits and vegetables as part of sustainable living.
Local volunteers have already begun gathering at the Sarajevo site to celebrate significant occasions such as International Day of Yoga, Guru Purnima, and to participate in regular meditation sessions and other spiritual activities.
